Monique Nardone

Monique Nardone is the sister of Michele, and also began her formal training as a violinist at an early age. Her professional studies also included the Violin, Viola and Piano, she is accomplished on all three instruments.

Monique went on to attend and graduate from Brooks College in Long Beach, California. Monique has played professionally for many years in various Ensemble Groups, Quartets, and various Orchestras, as well as playing for many Special Events in the Los Angeles Area.

Now teaching for many years in Palos Verdes, California, where she is a Certified Suzuki Teacher Member SAA & SMACLA & American String Teachers Association and has recently participated in the 1st Suzuki USA - FRANCE Exchange Program Concert Hesse Park, Rancho Palos Verdes, CA. In June of 2011, Monique and Michele of "Palos Verdes Strings" were invited to have their Students perform at the prestigious Walt Disney Concert Hall in Los Angeles, CA. The evening was a huge success, as well as being such an honor. The students will always remember being part of an event of this magnitude and an incredible evening was had by all.

Monique teaches together with Michele Nardone, her sister and partner in the "Palos Verdes Strings"

( Music Programs) held at Hesse Park Community Center. Together they teach music lessons for Preparatory Group Violin, Group Lessons Violin & Viola, String Ensemble Levels I & II and Advanced Ensemble on Violin,Viola, Cello & String Basses.

In 2012 "Palos Verdes Strings" had the honor of becoming the Founding School For the prestigious Royal Conservatory Of Music for the Palos Verdes Area. The Royal Conservatory of Music is one of the largest and most respected music education institutions in the world and has been around for over one- hundred years.

Monique plays an important part in hosting the "Palos Verdes Strings" annual event for The Music Development Program assessments for their Students, as well as other Music Teachers students in near by communities who enroll in this program for the superior academic testing which The Royal Conservatory Of Music provides.

Currently Monique continues teaching her many Private Students Lessons on Violin, Viola and Piano. Over the past several years Monique has also taught Violin at Nativity and Saint Catherine's Private Schools in the area.
